They handled all the heavy lifting with my insurance company, facilitating every piece of information required to get full approval without any hassle. Their communication and process were entirely transparent—they provided and installed all materials exactly as described, delivering on every single commitment they made. A special shoutout to my account manager, Nick! Nick was always approachable, extremely patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a very clear and transparent way. On top of that, every project manager and team member on site was incredibly courteous and professional throughout the installation. Ryan at Transcend went to bat for us and went above and beyond to get our roof approved by our insurance company, Allstate.  We had to go through two levels of appeal with our insurer to get the hail damage approved.  Ryan prepared detailed photos and videos to document the damage and, on three different occasions, came to our house in advance of the adjuster to highlight the damages and to meet with the adjuster and ensure they viewed and had documentation of all the damage.  They were persistent and professional with the insurer and presented solid evidence of the damage on our home as well as surrounding homes.  I can’t understate how critical and committed they were to working with our insurer and pushing the matter through.  Their materials and workmanship were superior and there were absolutely no nails left in the yard or driveway.  I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Transcend.  The only negative was that Ryan’s business partner was very talkative although he was a pleasure to talk with too and very knowledgeable about the insurance process.

Chandler Deblois was very professional with his explanation of how the insurance company, USAA, and Transcend Roofing would navigate through the whole process of getting a roof replaced because of a hail storm last June. Transcend roofing and their sales/support team is exceptional. Chandler and Logan were with us all of the way through the insurance process through build. The level of care and support is incredible (even in their busiest time). They care so much for the customer, they go out of their way to ensure both husband and wife happy with all of the options. Chandler is an advocate for us and Transcend with insurance companies and really understands roofs and the processes. He handled so much for us and made process easy. They support the roof, gutters, and downspouts. I also appreciate the explanation of the quality of GAF products used to build the highest quality roofing system, one better than we had, and one that will get us discounts with insurance companies. The build process is very organized and efficient. They scheduled everything as explained with materials and dumpster showing up day before, crew coming early next day, tear off and install completed in one day (with clean up) and then at night the dumpster was gone. They even came next day to ensue job was right and cleaned more. We cannot be happier with the service and quality!  Last thing, it is clear that they care - from all the communications, focus on us, and follow through they earn the BBB rating they have today. Hope they continue that way.

I love the work a professional attitude and charisma that Gary and chandler brought to my job. I have Allstate, nobody likes Allstate but they got EVERYTHING approved. I am extremely fortunate that my neighbor recommended this amazing roofing company. We both had storm damage and this company took care of everything. Extremely professional driven, Hard-working, amazing young bunch. I had the pleasure to be taken care of by. Gary Yakimovich; General manager. He absolutely took control of the entire project in a prompt very efficient professional way. The final product absolutely amazing.
