It may have been just a roof needing to be fixed but it was turning into a vicious circle, dealing with insurance and roofing companies. Thank goodness Caleb Pipkins with Transcend Roofing was talking to a friend of mine and came to the rescue.  He came over and asked permission to inspect the roof, can I say, he was a God sent. Celeb took all the stress with dealing with the insurance company, walked me through everything, showed me shingle samples and even pictures of homes with the shingles. The new shingles looks great on the house. The crew worked fast and cleaned everything up. Completely exceeded my expectations!  Caleb and the others at Transcend Roofing were very thorough and walked me through every step. Caleb handled everything for me and got my entire roof covered by my insurance!  He helped me pick out the perfect replacement roof and it looks fantastic!  The guys did great work! We had an incredible experience with Transcend Roofing. We had damage to our roof when a tree fell on our house with the July 2023 wind storm event. A restoration company that was suggested to us came out and tarped and did repairs to the affected area but never really bothered to fully assess the whole roof. Caleb Pipkins was visiting my neighbor when he saw the condition of our roof's shingles and inquired why the whole roof wasn't replaced when it was clear that there were wind creased shingles and new shingles over the repaired areas that did not match on the front elevation. He asked for permission to fully inspect the roof as he was certain our insurance had not restored our home's roof to it's pre-damaged condition. He was right! He handled everything with efficiency and very clear communication. Our insurance was given videos of repairability and they agreed to a whole roof replacement. Caleb and his team walked us through everything and ensured we knew what to expect and gave us resources, like pictures and shingle samples to make our shingle decision. The new shingles look FANTASTIC! Their crew worked fast and cleaned up like they'd never even been there. Had it not been for Caleb's know-how on how this all works and his sincerity to see us get what our insurance should be providing, we would have been stuck with our odd looking roof. We used Transcend Roofing in the fall of 2023 for replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts of our home in north Forsyth county, Georgia.  Their salesman expertly guided us through the insurance claim process, roof selection and scheduling. Their work crew did a wonderful job on the same-day roof replacement, and they even took care of some extra repairs needed to some previously damaged siding, fascia boards and trim that came to light during the roof replacement. Their sub-contractor Master Craft Gutters gave equally excellent service, swapping out the old damaged gutters and downspouts for a new leaf-guard system.  Throughout it all they were very courteous and patient, even as we had to navigate several insurance supplemental submissions. Finally, every problem that arose throughout the process, they made sure to handle expertly and also to our satisfaction.
