Transcend just finished installation of roof, they did and awesome job and awesome job of cleaning up. Chandler was fantastic working with my insurance company for the past 4 months. He remained positive during the whole processes, and he made it happen. I've had a lot of roofing companies stop by over the years to evaluate my roof, but their was something about Chandler's honestly and personality I liked. I'm very pleased with the results and craftsmanship to detail. From start to finish, they did an outstanding job for me. Caleb Pipkin, took charge of the project for me and handled everything in a very thorough and professional manner. He worked with my insurance company and I was very satisfied with the coverage they provided due to damage from a hail storm. I was able to choose the type of shingle and color I wanted with guidance which was very helpful.The roof was completely installed in one day and it looks fantastic!! I had several neighbors comment on how amazed they were that it was completed in one day and looked so great. All of the crew were very professional. When we started the process of getting our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage, the insurance company tried every trick in the book to not pay for a full replacement. Luckily, we had Caleb and the Transcend team every step of the way. It got to the point where I would not take a call with the insurance company unless it was a conference call with Caleb involved. After all, he is a roofing expert and that is why we hired him. Caleb always knew what to say and how to get the insurance company to eventually come around. I love the work a professional attitude and charisma that Gary and chandler brought to my job. I have Allstate, nobody likes Allstate but they got EVERYTHING approved. I couldnt be more thrilled with my new roof from Transcend Roofing Systems. They did a complete roof install and cleanup in one day. No damage to my siding, or gutters or the gutter guards. Their crew was amazing. They left the exterior of my house better than it was when they started the project. In fact, i believe they may have cleaned up some of the mess that a previous contractor left. The roof is beautiful and up to code and they did a fanstic job working with my insurance company. I wouldn't think twice recommending them to anyone who may need their roof replaced. I found out Transcend also provides other contracting services too. I'll most likely be utilizing them for my other interior needs.
